Q: How can I register?
A: Complete the appropriate online registration form, by clicking on "Register Now", for the event you want to attend.

Q: How will I know if Tech Data received my registration?
A: You will receive confirmation via e-mail immediately after you register for the event. Tech Data also will send you an e-mail reminder prior to the event, or you may contact our Events Department at events@techdata.com.

Q: What will I need to verify I am registered at registration?
A: Prior to obtaining your badge, all registrants will be required to prove that they are resellers by presenting a company business card OR a Tech Data customer number OR a reseller tax ID certificate (photocopies are acceptable). For security purposes NO exceptions will be made.

Q: May I bring a guest?
A: Yes! All attendees will have to complete the appropriate online registration form as another attendee and pay the required fee. Also, the first registrant from your company can 'add another person' during the registration process.

Q: May I bring a child to Directions 2002?
A: No. Due to safety considerations and the business nature of this event, no one under 18 will be allowed to attend. We can not make exceptions, regardless of affiliation or circumstances. We do not provide childcare services.
