Step Two - Once approved by Mitsubishi through step one you will be emailed an aditional form to complete and mail two copies to Mitsubishi for final approval.

Processing Time: 5-7 days

Requirements/Notes:

  • Mitsubishi will return a signed copy of the application from step two once approved.
