Step One: review the VAD RESELLER Guide to OPN Enrollment form
Step Two: Join the Oracle PartnerNetwork, you must first create an Oracle Web Account.
Step Three: Once you have registered for an Oracle Web Account, log on to the Oracle PartnerNetwork with your username and password and complete the online OPN enrollment application.
