Tech Data has several different segments of customer service, including:

• General Customer Service — This group answers inquiries concerning defective returns, replacement orders, stock balances and shipment discrepancies. Questions are answered quickly and courteously by our multi-lingual customer service staff.
   
• Latin America Customer Service — The Latin American group includes Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking employees who handle all customer service-related issues for Latin American customers. These customers call a special 727 area code for prompt service.
