By enrolling in Tech Data’s Private Label Delivery Program and providing Tech Data with your logo, you (1) expressly grant Tech Data a license to use your logo and (2) agree to defend, indemnify and otherwise hold Tech Data harmless from any and all liability arising from any proceeding or claim asserted against Tech Data based on an allegation that the use of your logo infringes any trademark or other intellectual property right of a third party.
