Tracking your order

The Order Inquiry screen enables you to display status information about orders you have already submitted to Tech Data. You can display order status reports for a range of dates, or you can display real-time order status for any one order. The information for the order status reports is copied to the Tech Data server system nightly, so it is less than 24 hours old.

Each type of inquiry is launched from its own dedicated section of the screen, so you cannot display both types of information at the same time. Unless you have been following a specific order and already have detailed information about it, in most cases you will first generate a report of recent orders, then update critical items by checking their real-time status.
