Service is performed at a Manufacturer Authorized Service Depot. Plan holders are responsible for drop-off and pick-up of the product(s). If there is no Manufacturer Authorized Service Depot in the vicinity, Plan holders are responsible for shipping the product to the Depot and W3 Solutions will pay for the return-shipping of the product(s) to the Plan holder. At the preference of the Plan holder, Service is performed in-home at a residence, or on-site at a commercial business location. To access Onsite Service, the location must be within 80km of an Authorized Service Center and must have a legal age adult present throughout the service call. |

W3 Solutions will pay for the Express Courier Shipping (usually overnight) of the product(s) to an Authorized Service Depot, and then back to the Plan Holder once repaired. This Coverage is available for Laptops & Notebooks - see Service Level Guarantees. |

W3 Solutions will ensure service is provided by the Next Business Day under this option. Available for all Computers, Peripherals/Accessories and Network Components under this plan.
