At Tech Data, we are so sure that all integration services work is completed to your full satisfaction that we will immediately dispatch on-site support (in the GTA) to repair, replace or rework any units that fail to meet customer expectations as outlined in the customer instructions provided on the Work Request.
Outside of the GTA, Tech Data will immediately dispatch a courier to pickup for overnight delivery, immediate repair and next day overnight return.
