Welcome to e-Returns, Tech Data's online return authorizations module. Using e-Returns, you can request and view real-time returns authorizations from Tech Data, view specific product return guidelines and view your Service Requests directly on the web.
The following is a synopsis of the features in this new system:
- Return Builder - You can create and edit a Return Request for products in one of the following conditions:
- Factory Sealed
- Open, Non-Defective
- Defective
- My Return Requests - You can locate and view the Return Requests that you have personally created in the past 10 days that have either been denied or are pending further information or approval (such as vendor pre-authorization or Tech Data management approval).
- All Return Requests - You can locate and view the Return Requests that anyone in your company has created in the past 10 days that have either been denied or are pending further information or approval (such as vendor pre-authorization or Tech Data management approval).
- All RAs - You can locate and view all of the Return Requests for your company that have been approved by Tech Data and issued a Return Authorization number within the past 30 days.
- My Service Requests - You can locate and view the Service Requests created by Tech Data for any requests you personally made for information or assistance with a product or service.
- All Service Requests - You can locate and view the Service Requests created by Tech Data for requests made by anyone in your company for information or assistance with a product or service.
- Recommended Products - You can locate and display a list of products that have been recommended by Tech Data as a result of a Service Request.
- Product Return Guidelines - You can search the Tech Data product catalog to view specific return guidelines for an individual product.
