Tax Form Instructions

The purpose of the tax form is to allow the exemption from local state taxes to those buyers who do not reside in the State of Florida, when the purchased goods are destined for sale in another state or another country.

• Customer Number: This will be filled out by a New Accounts Representative when the form is received by Tech Data.

• Local Address: If your company does not have offices in the United States, leave blank.

• Evidence of Authority to do Business in Home State / Country: Here you should indicate your tax registration number in your country of residence. This number is known by different names that vary from country to country. The form lists some examples. You must provide this information.
