Siau Miin joined Tech Data in late 2017 and is the regional controller for APAC. Reporting to the Chief Accounting Officer, she is responsible for all accounting-related functions in the region, including finance shared services, compliance to accounting policies and maintaining a strong financial control environment. Prior to Tech Data, Siau Miin spent more than 15 years in Microsoft and Procter & Gamble, with proven track records in people leadership, compliance, accounting, business partnership and financial analysis. She is passionate about building high performing teams, developing key talents and taking on new challenges. Siau Miin holds an MBA (International Business) and a Bachelor Degree (Accountancy) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
