Jaideep Malhotra is President of Tech Data Asia Pacific and is responsible for the strategic direction and all operations in the region. He is also Global President of Tech Data’s Global Computing Components (GCC), a specialized solutions business. He reports to Rich Hume, Chief Executive Officer of Tech Data. In 2019 Jaideep was appointed President of Asia Pacific Tech Data after joining in 2017 as global President, GCC, upon Tech Data’s acquisition of Technology Solutions. Jaideep has been in the technology distribution business for 20 years and has lived and worked in India, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Throughout his career Jaideep has been recognized for his leadership, growth of people, and global strategy execution, including being awarded the prestigious Avnet CEO & Chairman Awards for Excellence. Cookie Serrano has served as senior vice president, finance at Tech Data since March 2017. In this role, she currently is the CFO for the Tech Data Asia Pacific region. Since joining Tech Data, Cookie has also served as CFO for the Global Computing Components business and has led the Corporate FP&A group and Tech Data’s Enterprise Risk Management initiative. Prior to joining Tech Data, Cookie served as the group financial officer for Avnet Technology Solutions where she led the global finance organization for the business unit. She was appointed a corporate officer at Avnet, Inc. in Dec. 2013. Cookie has more than 30 years of experience in the fields of finance and accounting. Prior to joining Avnet, Cookie served at Goodrich Corp., a global supplier of systems and services to the aerospace and defense industries. As vice president of finance, she was a key partner to operations, engineering and support teams in driving improved business performance.
Tom Kraabel is an accomplished human resources leader with over two decades’ experience living and working in countries across Asia Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East, in addition to his home country of the United States. Over the past twenty years, he has served Fortune 100 companies, Private Equity firms, locally owned enterprises, and individuals from bases in Abu Dhabi, Tokyo, Singapore, Shanghai, and Brussels. Currently based in Singapore, Tom is responsible for the Human Resources function for Tech Data Corporation across Asia Pacific. In this role, Tom is responsible for ensuring Tech Data has the talent it needs to serve its customers in this fast-growing region. George Keatinge is Director, Strategy and Go-to-Market planning of Tech Data Asia Pacific (APAC) and is responsible for leading the development and implementation of APAC strategy. He reports to Jaideep Malhotra, President of Tech Data APAC. In George’s 9-plus years working globally and within Tech Data’s Americas business, he has held many different roles including Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Vendor Management, Partner Consulting and Enablement, Product Management. Most recently he was the Director of Corporate Strategy and Transformation for Tech Data at their headquarters in Clearwater, Florida. George holds a Bachelors Degree in Marketing from the University of Adelaide, Australia and an MBA from St. Leo University, U.S.A.. He is based in Singapore.

Anand Jaggi serves as Vice President Innovation Technology & Digital Transformation for Asia Pacific region since October 2019. He is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of all regional technology and digital initiatives aimed at growing the business, optimizing operations and building new business models. Previously, Anand was with Ingram Micro where he held various IT Executive leadership roles globally while based in Singapore, London & California from 2010 to 2019. In his last role as Executive Director, Global Information Systems he was leading IT strategy and transformation for the Commerce & Lifecycle Services Business Unit. Prior to this, Anand also held roles of Senior Director, Information Systems & Director, SAP Services at Ingram Micro for the Asia Pacific & Middle East regions. Vipul Sant has been with Tech Data since December 2019 and serves as the Vice President for Vendor Management. Vipul’s responsibilities span areas of business operations, enterprise risk as well as vendor operations for trade and non-trade vendors. Before joining Tech Data, Vipul worked over 20 years in Microsoft and VMware in various roles spanning Business Management, Sales Leadership, Product Management and License Compliance – in Asia as well as India. Jyotika joined the TechData team in September 2020 to lead the APAC Transformation Office. Daniel See has served as General Counsel Asia Pacific since February 2017. In this role, he is responsible for all legal representation of Tech Data Corporation throughout the company’s operations in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to joining the company, Daniel has worked in the info-communications industry and in legal practice for many years. He has been called to the Singapore Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor and is a member of the Singapore Law Academy. He is also admitted as a Solicitor to the Bar Council of the United Kingdom. Daniel holds a LLB and a LLM (Masters) in Law from the National University of Singapore.
Siau Miin joined Tech Data in late 2017 and is the regional controller for APAC. Reporting to the Chief Accounting Officer, she is responsible for all accounting-related functions in the region, including finance shared services, compliance to accounting policies and maintaining a strong financial control environment. Prior to Tech Data, Siau Miin spent more than 15 years in Microsoft and Procter & Gamble, with proven track records in people leadership, compliance, accounting, business partnership and financial analysis.
